On April 26 2024, Confluence and the Luang Prabang Province Health Department have signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the implementation of the DEAR Water 2 project.

The project aims at improving rural communities health through secured access to water and safe water use. It is implemented by Confluence, Gret and University of Tours.

The project is part of the long-standing cooperation program between Région Centre-Val de Loire (France) and Luang Prabang Province and funded by Région Centre-Val de Loire, Agence Française de Développement (FICOL) and Agence de l’Eau Loire-Bretagne.
